Sarah grew up in the South West region, attending local schools before travelling and experiencing some of what Australia has to offer! Sarah enjoys living in the Warrnambool area.

Sarah has always had an interest in mental health and the community welfare sector, which was the driver behind her decision to study and now work in the area. Sarah has worked in the industry for 7 years and has enjoyed experiences in youth and school welfare, suicide prevention and is now Wellways Great South Coast Manager. Sarah’s area of expertise is in the psychosocial sector has been providing coping strategies, interventions and education to individuals/family/carers/staff/etc in managing and improving their mental health and overall wellbeing.
