Lyn has been the Executive Officer of Northern Futures since July 2017. She enjoys the passion and commitment of the team as they address entrenched disadvantage in the northern suburbs of Geelong. Prior to this appointment, Lyn worked with Centrelink then more recently at the TAC where she managed the Business Administration Traineeship program which involved engaging 12 disadvantaged young people each year. It was the personal growth and employment opportunities offered to trainees that inspired Lyn to move into her current role with Northern Futures.
